Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Order Changes & Address Issues
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
We are not responsible for:

Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost, Missing or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@theinstaglow.com.
We will open an investigation with the carrier to assist in locating the package.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.

We will assist in filing a carrier investigation, but replacement or refund decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.
