At Beauté InstaGlow, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Products must be in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theinstaglow.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review the request and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
